From the first phone contact with Pam to the installation Buckeye State Awnings delivered honest, professional service. They patiently answered my questions and explained awning options. Ken came to my house for an on site estimate and showed me fabrics and other options. The awning was delivered in roughly 4 weeks and an immediate date for installation was scheduled. Chad and Mark took down my old awning and hauled it away. They installed my new SunPro efficiently and were even able to connect it to my previous hard wired set up! They were friendly, professional and took pride in their work. I'm very happy with my new awning and my 3 dogs are too!!

I can’t say enough about the service from Buckeye State Awning. I needed my awning removed and put back up due to new siding. The price was very good compared to the original installer of my awning. What a great experience! From my initial request for quote to final installation everything was handled extremely well. Chadwick came to our house with samples, answered all of our questions, and put 0 pressure on us to buy. It was a refreshing interaction.
